Objectives of R&M
- To restore rated capacity and design parameters such Flow rate, Quality, Service cycle
etc.
- To make the operating units well equipped with modified/ augmented latest technology.
- To overcome technological obsolescence and non-availability of spares.
- To improve the performance parameters in terms of Efficiency, Forced Outages,
Availability and Reliability.
- To reduce maintenance requirements and enhance the ease in maintenance
- Compliance of stringent environmental norms, safety and other statutory requirements.
R&M OF Condensate Polishing Plants
- We retrofit and integrate a new Standby Service Vessel in the existing
System bringing in more flexibility in operation and minimising the generation losses.

We retrofit and integrate a set of Pre-Filters (Disposable type / Backwash type) in the existing Service Vessel System reducing the crud content in the feed to the Service Vessel, thereby increasing the life of the Resin and improving performance of the system.
- We retrofit and integrate an additional Mixed Resin Storage Vessel in
the existing System bringing in more flexibility in operation and minimising the
generation losses.
- We retrofit and integrate a Resin Cleaning Vessel ahead of
regeneration Vessels with added advantages.
- We replace old internals with new state-of-the-art Internals
resulting in extended service cycle and reduced chemical cost.
We Refurbish, Revamp, Retrofit, Revive, Re-design and Repair old CPU
plants
and
DM Plants and Extend the Unit’s operating Life.
